Welcome! This page has all the info you need to book a Glamping Bell Tent for Liz's 50th CampFest!
Bell Tents will be pitched & furnished with the beds & bedding you’ve ordered inside, plus signage so you know which Bell Tent is yours.
Bell Tents will be ready for check-in on Friday 16th July at 4pm
Bell Tents will be taken down on Monday 19th July at 10am (3 nights)
CampFest address: 1 Beacon House, Beacon Road, St Agnes, TR5 0NE
You will be required to pay a £50 deposit to reserve your hire, deposits are deducted from fees paid in full 10 days before arrival. You will receive your invoice for your balance (via email) at the beginning of July.
About our Bell Tents...
Our Bell Tents are made of a luxurious, fully waterproof fabric, with side windows. Decorated to create a lovely atmosphere within. There is enough room for up to 4 adults to sleep comfortably, & our Bell Tents are 3 metres in height, allowing for standing head room. Bell Tents are provided with real double beds & double mattresses (& bedding) & raised single guest beds with mattresses (& bedding) .
All Bell Tents are provided with tent matting, rugs, side tables, blankets, cushions & lighting.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The Hirer expressly acknowledges that YSELLA are not the original manufacturer or supplier of the equipment. YSELLA accepts no liability for any injury or death from any claim or proceedings arising from this contract with the Hirer. The insurance provided by YSELLA covers the equipment against: Theft, Vandalism, Fire and Storm and tempest. The Hirer should not enter the Equipment whilst YSELLA is erecting it. The Hirer should keep any part of the Equipment that is a framed structure or a tent completely closed and secure while not in use during the period of Hire.
The Hirer should not tamper with the structure or any part of the Equipment and in particular not affix or suspend from the Equipment any item whatsoever without consent of the YSELLA. The Hirer should not use any lighting, heating, cooking or other gas or electrical appliances of any kind, other than what is provided for and appropriate to use, inside YSELLA's tents without the previous consent. No cooking or use of gas appliances of any kind should be used inside the YSELLA's tents. Any naked flames used on site in proximity to the tent are entirely at the Hirers own risk. No animals are allowed inside tents without consent. No smoking is allowed inside tents. Barbecue equipment or open fires outside are to be placed a minimum of eight feet from the tent and not left unattended whilst in use.
YSELLA will not be liable for any: Act of God including but not limited to tempest, fire, flood, storm, natural disaster or poor weather conditions; War, civil war, sabotage or act of terrorism; Government sanction, embargo, import or export regulation or order; Labour disputes, including strikes, lockouts, boycotts or other industrial action; Failure in the transportation of equipment, machinery or personnel or in the provision of any utility including power, gas, water, or communication services, and any other factor outside of the reasonable control of YSELLA.
In the unfortunate occurrence that we have to cancel your camping event due to Force Majeure, including high winds (over 50mph) that make it impossible to set up, or heavy rain making the ground too wet to make the Equipment safe, we will offer a full refund. We have no control over the weather and we will always assess the situation for the safety of our customers.
