About the Bell Tents...
Ysella Bell Tents are made of a luxurious, fully waterproof fabric, with side windows. Decorated to create a lovely atmosphere within.
All Bell Tents are 5 metres in size. There is enough room for up to 4 adults to sleep comfortably. Bell Tents are 3 metres in height, allowing for standing room.

All Hire comes complete with full bedding & linens so you can just turn up, settle in & relax straightaway. You can also add phone chargers, chairs & towels to your booking when you order.

What's inside
Luxury Suite
The Luxury Bell Tent Suite is generously furnished with super comfortable real double beds (metal framed) with luxury foam mattresses, bedding & linens. Also tent matting, adding a comfortable & warming layer of insulation. A beautiful rug, wooden side tables that can also be used as stools. Plus warm quilted bedspreads, cushions & lighting.
Please note: there will not be electric sockets in your tent. Lighting is powered by batteries.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The Hirer expressly acknowledges that YSELLA are not the original manufacturer or supplier of the equipment. YSELLA accepts no liability for any injury or death from any claim or proceedings arising from this contract with the Hirer. The insurance provided by YSELLA covers the equipment against: Theft, Vandalism, Fire and Storm and tempest. The Hirer should not enter the Equipment whilst YSELLA is erecting it.
- The Hirer should keep any part of the Equipment that is a framed structure or a tent completely closed and secure while not in use during the period of Hire.
- The Hirer should not tamper with the structure or any part of the Equipment and in particular not affix or suspend from the Equipment any item whatsoever without consent of the YSELLA.
- The Hirer should not use any lighting, heating, cooking or other gas or electrical appliances of any kind, other than what is provided for and appropriate to use, inside YSELLA's tents without the previous consent.
- No cooking or use of gas appliances of any kind should be used inside the YSELLA's tents. Any naked flames used on site in proximity to the tent are entirely at the Hirers own risk. No animals are allowed inside tents without consent. No smoking is allowed inside tents. Barbecue equipment or open fires outside are to be placed a minimum of eight feet from the tent and not left unattended whilst in use.
YSELLA will not be liable for any: Act of God including but not limited to tempest, fire, flood, storm, natural disaster or poor weather conditions; War, civil war, sabotage or act of terrorism; Government sanction, embargo, import or export regulation or order; Labour disputes, including strikes, lockouts, boycotts or other industrial action; Failure in the transportation of equipment, machinery or personnel or in the provision of any utility including power, gas, water, or communication services, and any other factor outside of the reasonable control of YSELLA.
In the unfortunate occurrence that we have to cancel your camping event due to Force Majeure, including high winds (over 40mph) that make it impossible to set up, or heavy rain making the ground too wet to make the Equipment safe, we will offer a full refund. We have no control over the weather and we will always assess the situation for the safety of our customers.
- Tents must be vacated at 11am on the day of departure.
- USB chargers are used at your own risk. The use of uncertified chargers may damage your phone or device.
- Camping stoves are used at your own risk. Electrical items are used at your own risk.
- Notice of cancellation of the booking by the hirer must be provided no less than 28 days prior to delivery. Cancellation of less than 28 days prior to your arrival will result in 100% of the hire charge being forfeited. You may wish to obtain insurance to cover this.
