Sophie and Steve ditched the typical stuffy wedding venue, complete with 90’s chairs covers and formal dinning. Their dream wedding was calling, and it was happening outdoors in Cornwall, at Tremorna Farm. Here’s a little insight as to how they made their amazing Wedfest weekend happen…
Tremorna Farm Wedding Venue - the backdrop:
Rolling green hills, Iron Age remains around us, epic views over the ocean, festival tents as far as the eye could see, and celebrating their love story under the open sky - that's the magic of a Glamping wedding at Tremorna Farm. Set in the coastal region of West Cornwall, near Penzance, Tremorna Farm is an idyllic and exclusive wedding venue based on large family farm.
The Glamping:
Think fancy camping, not soggy tents. And no sleeping bags on hard lumpy ground. We we’re delighted to provide Sophie and Steve’s Glamping for the weekend. Basically mini-hotels with the upmost comfort and style, arranged in multiple rows, a true festival style glamping village. Luxury cotton canvas tents complete with welcome baskets filled with local treats and goodies, comfy beds (with real mattresses), cozy linens, and even clothes rails (score!!). Guest could check-in on the Friday and stay until Monday to make the most of celebrations. Convenient accommodation for a remote location!
The Cornish ceremony under the big blue:
"I do" was said under a giant Cornish sky at the dreamy outdoor ceremony spot, overlooking the farm and by the ancient standing stones.
Feasting and Festivities:
After the ceremony, it was time to fuel up! A delicious spread made with fresh, local Cornish produce. Served casual pop-up vendor style, true to the festival vibe. Cooked on an outdoor wood-smoked kitchen. The reception? A giant Tipi twinkling with fairy lights, perfect for creating that intimate, magical vibe.
It was a beautiful, weekend-long celebration with tons to keep their crew entertained. Lawn games, cocktails, fire circles, under a blanket of stars. Chuffed to have been apart of it.

Tremorna is blank canvas ready for you to tailor as you wish. The 3 acre Wedding & Event Field provides plenty of space to pitch a marquee or tipi, and the camping field can accommodate all your guests in Ysella Glamping tents. There’s also a parking field and running water included. It’s the perfect venue to run wild to create your perfect outdoor wedding in a truly romantic and private setting!
