Planning a wedding at a beautiful but remote venue often comes with a unique set of challenges. You’ve secured a stunning location, perhaps with accommodation cottages for your close family, but what about the rest of your guests? Glamping tents offer a fantastic solution for groups, blending comfort with the fun of the outdoors. However, what happens when guests arrive by taxi, tired from their journey, with no access to a kitchen, food, power, or even a nearby café or shop?
This is where Ysella's All-Inclusive Event Glamping packages come in. Our boutique hotel concept can offer a concierge team, welcome drinks & breakfast. We specialise in providing a seamless, catered experience for your guests, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Leaving you free to focus on your own preparations.
Thoughtful Comfort for Your Guests
Our new All-Inclusive Glamping packages are designed specifically for these remote setups, ensuring your guests feel cared for from the moment they step on-site.
Arrival Treats: including welcome drinks and snacks. This small gesture can make a big difference, especially when the evening's food is still hours away.
Morning Refreshments: With no kitchen or local shop in sight, morning tea and coffee can be a real challenge. We provide everything your guests need to start their day right: stoves, kettles, coffee presses, a variety of teas. We also include a basic 'morning after' breakfast with items like croissants and smoothies ensuring everyone is well-fed and ready for the day's festivities.
All the Conveniences: Beyond food and drink, we offer a large 6 metre communal tent. A central hub, set up with essential conveniences. With dining tables, seating, a rustic bar, lighting and buffet area. Guests can also charge their phones and devices at our charging stations. Warm themselves around the fire pit. We handle the small details like providing rubbish bins and washing-up boxes, so dirty items can be set aside.
All-Inclusive Glamping Package 1: Classic
This package is designed for a 2-night stay, providing everything you need when glamping in a remote location for up to 20 people.
Accommodation: 5 fully furnished tents, each sleeping up to 4-persons
Communal Space: A large dedicated communal tent comes equipped with tables, benches, a rustic bar, buffet table & lighting.
Arrival Treat: A welcome of Prosecco, soft drinks & a selection of nibbles (self service).
Morning Breakfast: Guests can start their day with croissants, breakfast bars, Innocent Smoothies, served with all the necessary plates, glasses, & cutlery.
Evening Snacks: A selection of snacks will be provided for late-night munchies.
Conveniences: Charging stations for devices, bottled water, as well as a fire pit with logs. Rubbish bins & a washing-up box for dirty crockery.
Pricing: 5 guest tents for 20 people, 1 communal tent, £215 per guest / 2-night stay / total £4,300
(Supplement for under occupancy)
A larger option is available for 40 people in 10 tents for £8,600 / £215 per guest / 2-night stay.
All-Inclusive Glamping Package 2: Deluxe
Upgrade your guest glamping experience with this deluxe package, which includes everything from Package 1, plus tea & coffee making facilities.
Accommodation: 5 fully furnished tents, each sleeping up to 4-persons.
Communal Space: A large 6 metre communal tent offering shelter with tables, benches, rustic bar, buffet table, camping stoves, kettles, cafetière’s, plates, cutlery, mugs & lighting.
Arrival Treat: A selection of Cornish biscuits and a tea & coffee station (with kettles & cafetière’s) will be set up for arrivals. Coffee, teas, water and milk supplied. Or choose welcome Prosecco and soft drinks.
Morning Breakfast: croissants, breakfast bars, tea & coffee.
Evening Snacks: a selection of snacks for evening munchies.
Conveniences: Charging stations for your devices, fire pit and logs. Bottled waters, rubbish bins, a washing-up box are also provided.
Pricing: 5 guest tents, 1 communal tent, 20 persons / £250 per guest / total £5,000
A larger option is available for 40 people in 10 tents for £10,000 / £250 per guest.
Suggested venues and applications:
Our fully inclusive hire packages are a perfect fit for a weddings in grand estates or in remote locations, where BnB's are limited and rural taxi's are expensive. Venues like Boconnoc, situated in a private estate, far from local pubs, cafes, and shops. Guest are likely to arrive by train and cab so can be restricted leaving the venue.
You can ask the guests to contribute towards their meals / accommodation. Or ask guests to pay entirely.
Our All-Inclusive packages can also work well for Hen Do's and garden parties to save you catering for large groups.
